I had gotten many different estimates to replace my roof, including a shingle estimate and estimates from Progressive Metal Roofing and Atlantic Metal Roofing but we couldn’t agree on a price. So my mother referred your company, having had you install her roof years ago. I arranged an appointment for 9/9/09. You sales representative, David Medlin, came to my home and took measurements and explained the various advantages of your product and the improvements that had occurred in the roof since my mother’s roof was installed like a new, superior material and edge coating, a patented design, 42% energy savings pledge and a lifetime warranty. I was impressed with David’s presentation and we came to an agreement on the price and signed a contract. On Saturday, September 19th, I got a call from the crew saying they were coming to install the roof. They began that Saturday morning and finished by Saturday night. The crew were very professional and did a great job of keeping the surrounding area clean. I was impressed that they not only worked on a Saturday but managed to finish the job on the same day they began, something unheard of in this city. A few days passed and the inspector came for the final inspection which was passed with no problems. Dear Sirs,

Anytime that we were out traveling around, we were always looking at the new metal roofs that were being installed. Knowing that our 17-year old asphalt roof might not be able to withstand the next hurricane, we were definitely interested when your canvasser rang our doorbell. We made and appointment for the first available salesman to tell us about your metal roof. Steven Girvin came out and spent nearly 5 hours with us as he explained the benefits of the metal Man roofing system. He’s quite a talker and loves what he sells. We signed the loan contract that day and expected delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. We were notified of the loan approval on 10/6.09 and the materials were delivered on 10/16/09. The crew showed up at 8:15 a.m on the 23rd and had the roof installed by 7 p.m. and then they returned the next day to put some caulking on the some of the flashing. We then did the walk-around and could not find any problems with the installation or any scrap materials or trash left on the ground. The crew worked very well together and the team leader, Juan was very courteous in answering any questions. Besides having a very good looking roof, we are excited about the added benefits of the tax credit, the energy savings and the possible reduction in insurance costs.

Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,

After having seen your advertisements on TV for months, I was approached one day by a neighborhood canvasser about a free estimate, I said Yes! I was later called and an appointment was made for a representative to come by.

David Medlin came by one evening and opened our eyes to the advantages of a Metal Man metal roof. He pointed out the durability, appearance, value, and energy savings. He pointed out that it had a Lifetime Warranty against fading, cracking, peeling, or rusting. He also pointed out that it should save us over 40% on our energy consumption per year and if it doesn’t the company would reimburse the difference. After selling us on the product he worked diligently to get the cost down to an affordable level for us. After this was achieved he took some measurements and we picked a color (Platinum Gray) that closely resembled our existing shingles. The paperwork was signed and we were on our way!

In a day or two George came by to do a complete material estimate and Mary and I signed the final paperwork for the job. About two weeks later on a Tuesday the material arrived and was placed in our back yard by a very courteous and good delivery driver. That night I was called by the wife of the installation crew foreman (Octavius) letting me know that they would be on the job the next morning to start the installation.

At 7:30 the next morning (Wednesday) the crew arrived at our house ready to start work. After making the needed repairs to my roof they began installing the metal roof. It was definitely not their first Rodeo, they were very courteous and through as they went about their work. I never herd them ask what to work on next, they knew, I was impressed with their skills and knowledge of their job. They were diligent about doing the job correctly both aesthetically and functionally. They worked that night until they couldn’t see well enough to finish. Two came back the next morning and finished up a few minor trim details and did a final check of the work. When they were done there was no trash or scraps anywhere. You would never have known they had been there had you not seen them.

The roof is beautiful and the day after they finished we had rain, sleet and snow, so the job got a good test and passed with flying colors. It easily passed Tony’s final inspection. We could not be more pleased with the final product; it looks great and sounds great when it rains (good sleeping). The neighbors have commented on how good it looks too. I have had several inquires about our new roof and we have given it and the entire company high praise on a job WELL DONE!!
